Pier to Peak...96 Days to go

Hola!
OK...this was what I call a "late night". I worked in the office today and got home late. Today is a "cross training" day so no running. I only crunched out 15 sit ups for starters. Going forward, cross training will include upper and/or lower body work but will always include crunches. I will do crunches every single day, increasing by 5 each day which will mean that I will end up doing 495 per day. Yeah...right! But...I'll at least start out with that in mind. Let's see how long I can keep it up!

My eating was not on par today. I had a banana and almonds for breakfast and coffee in the afternoon and taboleh and pita bread for lunch and peanuts to bevs. I should have skipped the peanuts and beverages.

I'll tighten back up tomorrow on the eating and resume the green leafys.

I'm going to bed now. Sleep is just as important as exercise.

See you tomorrow!!!

One Bridge.

Hello Tar Heel,
Thank you for commenting on my blog. I saw your comment this morning and honestly, knowing that you would check back later today was on my mind all day. I fell short as you will see in todays blog, but your note has encouraged me to get up tomorrow morning on time and get my run in as well as focusing on eating correctly tomorrow.

I'm interested to know about you! What are you working on?

Thanks again!

Dear Bridge Runner

I'm Glad I was able to help spur you on with my comment.I'm not surprised you fell short yesterday, in our daily struggles with Mr P. thats bound to happen.I'm glad you'll take him on headlong in the AM.
I am working on my dream body, 5% body fat and very low BMI,trying to do it the natural way,but Mr. P makes it a lot tougher than I anticipated. I was in the gym today and worked hard and I intend to be there tommorrow again.
I'll check on you in the morning to see how your Run went.
